  • Not at all! Our sessions aren’t just for crisis moments…it’s for anyone who wants to gain clarity, process emotions, or navigate life’s challenges with support. Even if you're just feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or in need of guidance, a conversation can help.

  • You might benefit from counselling if you feel overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or other emotional challenges. If you're feeling stuck, disconnected, or find it hard to manage your emotions or daily tasks, speaking about it can provide clarity and support.

  • Booking an appointment is easy. Simply fill out our online booking form. If you prefer, you can also email us with any questions or requests. We offer both in-person sessions and virtual counselling for your convenience.

  • During your first session, we'll start by getting to know each other. We'll discuss what brings you to counselling, your goals, and any concerns you may have. It's a chance to ask questions and get comfortable with the process. You will never be pressured to share anything you're not ready to, and the session will be led at your pace. The goal is to begin creating a safe and supportive space for you to explore your emotions.

  • Yes, your privacy is very important to us. All sessions are confidential, meaning we will not share anything you say without your permission, except in certain situations required by law (EG: If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others).
    You'll be informed of these limits at the beginning of our work together.

  • If you find movement helps you think and process emotions, walking therapy can be a great option. It’s a more dynamic, nature-based way to reflect and talk through challenges. If you prefer a still, focused environment, a coffee chat or virtual session might be a better fit.

  • A casual catchup is a shorter, more relaxed session—perfect if you just need a quick, easy way to talk through something on your mind. A coffee chat is longer and more in-depth, giving us more time to explore your thoughts and emotions in a comfortable setting.
